　　一、1915—1945 合并而成的大公司 1935年，二十世纪电影公司和福克斯电影公司宣告合并，二十世纪福克斯正式登场了，这家新公司也是最晚成立的好莱坞大公司。实际上，早在1915年，威廉·福克斯就创建了福克斯电影公司，当时，他把自己的两家电影公司，主营电影发行的伟大纽约公司和制片的票房吸引力电影公司合而为一，并以自己的姓氏命名这家新公司。威廉·福克斯是好莱坞最早的电影大亨之一，与其他电影大亨不同，威廉·福克斯最大的兴趣在建造新电影院和收购电影院上，相比之下，制作电影只算是第二位的。威廉·福克斯还是好莱坞最早进行垂直经营的电影大亨，就是拥有制片、发行和放映全套业务。 1917年，威廉·福克斯被加州充足的日照和低廉的制作成本吸引，也在西海岸开设了制片部门。1926年，福克斯电影公司在好莱坞贝弗利山西面买下了300英亩土地，在上面建造了一座庞大而且设备先进的制片厂。这段时期，福克斯出品了获得奥斯卡最佳影片的《第七天堂》和《马路天使》，还有有声片《在老亚利桑那》。 1927年，当老对手马库斯·洛伊逝世后，威廉·福克斯得到了一个极好的时机，因为马库斯·洛伊的家人无意于继承他的事业。威廉·福克斯与马库斯·洛伊的家人谈妥，买下他们手中的洛伊公司的股份，这家公司不但拥有200多家电影院，还是米高梅公司的母公司，新公司在1929年宣布成立，然而，米高梅的掌舵人路易·梅耶被这次收购激怒了，他展开反击，利用自己的政治势力，推动司法部对福克斯电影公司展开反垄断调查。更不幸的是，威廉·福克斯在一次车祸中受伤，此后的大萧条又让他的大部分财富化为乌有。威廉·福克斯的电影帝国开始分崩离析，他甚至因为欠债而进了监狱。 二十世纪电影公司创建于1932年，创始人有联艺电影公司的前任总裁约瑟夫·辛克，华纳兄弟的制片人达瑞尔·扎努克，福克斯电影公司的威廉·格茨和雷蒙德·格里菲斯，这家公司主要业务是制作电影，虽然公司能够得到联艺和米高梅在资金上的支持，而且出品了好几部相当成功的影片，但二十世纪电影公司仍是家小公司，而且没有自己的发行渠道。 1935年5月31日，二十世纪合并了困境中的福克斯，这是桩老鼠吃大象的交易，因为福克斯光是电影院就有500多家。达瑞尔·扎努克立即着手签下了几个大有前途的新星，包括亨利·方达和贝蒂·嘉宝，不久，又挖掘出一颗摇钱树，童星秀兰·邓波儿。到了二战时期，依靠这些明星和歌舞片、传记片，二十世纪福克斯已经成为好莱坞最能赚钱的公司，代表作有《君子协定》、《飞去来器》和《毒龙潭》。 二、1946—1983年 长长的挫折和《音乐之声》 二战后，电影观众开始流失，电视的兴起也对电影业造成很大打击。二十世纪福克斯想依靠增加电影院的数量度过难关，然而法院裁决，大的发行公司必须与放映业分离，公司因此失去了一半的电影院。五十年代，二十世纪福克斯把希望寄托在超大银幕和立体电影这些新技术上。 新技术最初的确很能吸引观众，但到了1956年，票房又开始退潮，这一年，达瑞尔·扎努克因为一桩绯闻宣布退休。六十年代初，二十世纪福克斯麻烦缠身，主要是因为在《埃及艳后》这部电影上花了太多的钱，其中包括女主演伊丽莎白??泰勒的片酬100万美元，但影片的票房又不够理想。 之后，达瑞尔·扎努克回到公司，通过推出新闻片和一些成本低廉但很受欢迎的影片，还有有史以来最卖座的影片《音乐之声》，这家老制片厂恢复了自己作为一家大电影公司的地位。 从1969年到1971年，达瑞尔·扎努克在二十世纪福克斯的最后三年是不成功的，因为几部大制作接连失败，但他的继任者小阿兰·莱德及时调整了公司的发展方向，决定为年轻的观众制作电影，结果就是出现了《星球大战》三部曲这样的经典之作，以及传记片《巴顿将军》。 三、1984之后 1984年，来自澳大利亚的传媒巨头鲁伯特·默多克从马克·里奇和马文·戴维斯手中买下二十世纪福克斯，他对电影部门没有做出很大调整，但从派拉蒙公司挖来巴里·迪勒，创建了福克斯电视网。电视网对电影公司是很有益处的，比如，2007年，二十世纪福克斯就把极受欢迎的动画电视剧《辛普森一家》搬上了大银幕。 对二十世纪福克斯来说，当年轰动一时的《星球大战》到了二十一世纪，仍然大有潜力可挖，新的《星球大战》三部曲全球总票房超过了26亿美元，这家公司的另一套卖座系列电影是《X战警》，因为这套电影的成绩是呈上升之势，所以新的续集也在筹备之中。二十世纪福克斯的其它卖座片还有《小鬼当家》系列、《独立日》、《荒岛余生》和《博物馆之夜》。 二十世纪福克斯旗下还有两家很有特色的子公司，制作3D动画长片的蓝天工作室和发行独立电影的福克斯探照灯公司。迄今为止，蓝天工作室制作的三部影片《冰河世纪》、《机器人》和《冰河世纪2》都很成功，几乎能够与皮克斯和梦工厂两大动画巨头抗衡，而福克斯探照灯公司则是独立电影业的一颗明星，曾发行过《阳光小美女》等叫好又叫座的影片。 2009年末，由福克斯出品，詹姆斯卡梅隆导演的3D巨片《阿凡达》上映，这为福克斯不仅带来了极丰厚的利润，同时也成为福克斯电影史上第一部独资拍摄的票房进入世界前十的影片（1997年曾与派拉蒙合拍《泰坦尼克号》），不到二十天的时间票房直指12亿美元，居影史最卖座电影次席，这不能不说是福克斯的一次巨大成功。据报道称，《阿凡达》只用了6周的时间就超越了《泰坦尼克号》的全球票房。

他们都是美国的电影产业中的“名牌”，每一个产业都造就了很多家喻户晓的电影角色，比如美国队长、蜘蛛侠、钢铁侠等等，他们之间的关系不仅有竞争也存在着很多的合作，而且他们相互之间也存在着许多错综复杂的版权问题。 迪士尼在2009年时收购了漫威，并且一直想收购福克斯，不过而索尼和迪士尼则都是美国影业的领军者，索尼拥有漫威部分角色的版权，福克斯拥有漫威《X-MAN》和神奇四侠的版权，而且最近福克斯也被迪士尼高价收购了。 漫威虽然是迪士尼旗下的公司，但是漫威拍摄的影视作品都是由漫威自家的工作室制作的。漫威以前是美国三大漫画公司之一，而在2009年的时候，漫威被迪士尼公司以40亿的高价收购，其中包括五千多个漫画人物的版权。而2018年6月，外媒报道福克斯被迪士尼以713亿美元的高价收购，这次的收购是迪士尼最大规模的收购，涉及的资金巨大。由这些行业巨头电影子公司的加入，可见迪士尼的实力和规模，而收购这些公司也使迪士尼如虎添翼。 我们都会惊叹迪士尼公司现在的成就，能够将其他出色的电影公司收购到自己旗下，不得不承认这是全世界数一数二的电影产业。据说该产业年入百亿，而这个产业一路以来也有非常传奇的故事。它的创始人是一个爱画画的退伍士兵Walt，当时，这位年轻人只是一个广告公司的普通职工（据说还是托关系进去的），但后来因为绘画能力达不到公司的要求而被开除，就这样Walt开始了他的传奇之路，他一路专心研究漫画，经历了无数坎坷风雨，最后创造出许多经典的动画人物，也制作了第一部有声电影，名声大噪，将美国动画、电影产业推向了巅峰。 索尼在很多年前购买了漫威蜘蛛侠的版权，其实，在被迪士尼收购之前的漫威的经济运营是比较吃力的，它只能通过售出自己家的动漫人物来赚取收益，从而使得自己的公司继续运行。索尼收购并拍摄《蜘蛛侠》之后，这部电影的票房超过了8亿美元，给索尼公司带来了很大的利益，这直接奠定了索尼在好莱坞的稳固地位，而且《蜘蛛侠》这部电影被很多人认为是超级英雄电影的开山之作。 其实当年索尼公司有收购漫威其他角色的机会，比如钢铁侠和雷神等等，但索尼公司坚决认为除了蜘蛛侠其他的角色都不会火，就只收购了蜘蛛侠这一角色，这就可以说是很遗憾了。在之后2012年索尼公司还出品了《超凡蜘蛛侠》，不过该系列影片上映后反响平平，让观众都在怀疑蜘蛛侠这个角色在市场上的饱和度。 总的来说，这四个公司都是美国的为电影事业做出很多贡献的公司，是因为有他们的出现美国的电影业才会发展的现在这么好。

据外媒称，迪士尼将于本月完成对21世纪福克斯的收购计划。漫威也将面临重新遴选除死侍外所有X战警演员，新演员或在20~30岁之间，并有一定知名度，此外，X教授和万磁王的年龄段则在35到55岁之间。 这笔耗资在电影、电视等核心资产并入迪士尼后，福克斯将拆分剩下的福克斯广播网络、福克斯新闻、福克斯财经以及福克斯体育等业务，组建一家新公司。710亿美元的交易让漫威超级英雄和反派几乎全部归同一家公司所有，x战警、死侍和神奇四侠等福克斯旗下的大片人物现在可以自由地融入由迪士尼控制的漫威电影宇宙。 迪士尼董事长兼首席执行官罗伯特·艾格表示，《X战警》、《神奇四侠》回归后，将由漫威影业首席执行官凯文·费奇继续掌管。对此，凯文·费奇说：“我们被告知形势非常非常好，可能在2019年上半年发生。能够让这些角色回归的想法真的很棒，对于一个创造出这些角色的公司来说，能够完整拥有版权真的是很好的一件事。” 2018年正值漫威十年。《复仇者联盟3：无限战争》作为漫威宇宙第三阶段的收官之作，集结的英雄多达20多位。而这次迪士尼成功收购福克斯，X战警、神奇四侠、死侍回归漫威，漫威宇宙又迎来了超级大的一次的轰动。在不久的将来，我们或许就能看到X战警与复仇者联盟对战，又或是嘴贱的死侍与话唠小蜘蛛在电影里插科打诨的场景。真的是想想都令人心潮澎湃啊，超级期待。对漫威电影也是一种特别好的转折吧。
