1991年毕业于华西医科大学,分配到武警总医院内分泌科,1994年获得协和医科大学北京协和医院内分泌专业硕士研究生学位,2000年获得解放军军医进修学院解放军总医院内分专业博士研究生学位。
师从我国著名内分泌科专家白耀教授和李江源教授。
从事内分泌临床工作十多年,在糖尿病、糖尿病并发症、甲状腺功能亢进症、甲状腺功能减退症、桥本甲状腺炎以及亚急性甲状腺炎等内分泌常见病和多发病的诊治方面积累了丰富的经验,在内分泌疾病的病因和发病机制方面有较深的研究,先后完成课题:自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的病因和发病机制,雌激素、多巴胺和Pit-1在调节泌乳素基因表达中的相互关系,Pit-1在人垂体腺瘤中的表达,癌基因、抑癌基因在垂体腺瘤发生发展中的作用。获得首都医学发展基金资助一项。参编《甲状腺基础与临床》一书,发表学术论文30多篇,获得武警科技进步奖二等奖(第一完成人)。
